Educational organizations of the country need changes in their human resources activities in accordance with the growth of information and communication technology. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the use of ICT indicators and empowerment components in sport teachers of the Ministry of Education. This study was an applied and descriptive-correlational research. The statistical population of this study was 118 sport teachers in the Ministry of Education of Guilan province. The instrument of this study were two valid combined questionnaires (information and communication technology and empowerment components) with an alpha coefficient above 0.90. The collected data were analyzed by K-S tests and Pearson and Spearman Correlation Coefficient. The results showed that 69.49% of subjects were men and 30.51% of them were women in this study and responsibility and autonomy components with (4.811) and (3.791) had the highest and the lowest mean among the variables. According to the study findings, information and communication technology can play an important role in sports teachers’ empowerment and the use of empowerment training classes for the rehabilitation of educational centers seems obvious.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between mouth-to-mouth advertising and the willingness of people in volleyball clubs in Rasht. The method of research is descriptive-survey. The statistical population of the survey is all people who were sporting in volleyball clubs in Rasht. Sampling method was selected randomly. Uose to a researcher-made questionnaire consisted of 36 questions. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by 12 professors of the field of sports management and the reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed using the Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.940. Inferential statistics (Kolmogorov Smirnov). Finally, PLS software version 3 was used for modeling structural equations. The results showed that communication variable had a positive and significant positive effect on the person's willingness to attend (183.0%); The results also showed that the trust variable had a positive and significant effect on the willingness of people directly, and about 20 the percentage of this variable is explained. Also, the specialty variable has a positive and significant positive effect on the person's willingness to attend (323.0%). Finally, the commitment variable has a positive and significant effect on the willingness of the people directly, explaining about 28% of its changes. It can be said that it will be difficult to assess the quality of services before it is consumed. Therefore, the use of oral-to-mouth communication could lead to the presence and re-entry into volleyball clubs.

Using scientometric techniques, this paper tries to examine the position of Iranian sport sciences researches in Web of Science during time span 2000-2016. This research uses scientometric techniques. Documents indexed in Web of Science comprises the population of the current study. Findings revealed that during 2000-2016, a total of 615 articles were in the field of sport science in Web of Science. On the other hand, results indicated that Rahnama N is the most productive scientist, Sadeghi H is the most cited researcher, and Sadeghi H owns the highest h-index. Iranian authors of sport sciences have many collaborative articles with their counterparts in USA, Canada, and England, respectively. Moreover, “Exercise”, “Training”, and “Muscle” are the most frequent words in Iranian sport sciences researches. Generally, scientific productions in the field of sport sciences show a significant increase from 2000 onwards. The content analysis of Iranian sports sciences researchers revealed that the majority of articles are about the impact of exercise on body systems, rehabilitation issues, and movement analysis.

The use of information and communication technology can lead to the development of the required skills in students. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Application of information and communication technology indicators with communication skills components in physical education students of Payame Noor University of Guilan province. This study was an applied and cross-sectional descriptive-survey research. The statistical population was 151 people from physical education and sport sciences students in Payame Noor University of Guilan Province. The data collection method was a questionnaire and the used instrument in this study had an appropriate validity and reliability for the implementation of study. The collected data were classified by descriptive statistical methods and were analyzed by Kolmogorov Smirnov, One- Sample T Test, Pearson correlation coefficient, and independent t-test. The SPSS software (version 23) was used for data analysis (α≤0.05). The results showed that boys’ access and use of information and communication technology was higher than girls, but girls’ level of communication skills was higher than boys. Therefore, it is recommended that universities of the country and physical education faculties should pay attention to the knowledge of students’ information and communication skills.

The aim of this research was to study the effectiveness of e-learning courses in Payam Noor University from the perspective of sport management students. The research method was descriptive and survey. The Statistical Society of this study were master science of sport management students in PNU. The sample consisted of 84 students of sports management that was selected through random sampling. To collect data was used a standard questionnaire (Rastegarpor and Gorjozade,1390). The validity of questionnaire was verified by using comments of experts in sport management and the reliability of the total questionnaire was found to be (α = 0.93) according to Chronbach’s alpha. For data analysis were used descriptive and inferential statistics (T- test) . The results and findings of this study showed that all components of e-learning courses in Payam Noor University was efficient and desirable, except quality of access to the user interface and effective exercises and assignments.

Aim: With the development of more powerful technologies, access to the internet has increased. The world wide web (www) or web has become an increasingly expansive and sophisticated medium of global communication. This study aimed to analysis of the federation Sports for all website and compare it with other sports federations in Iran using standard SMS silberg RT and Action for HealthMethodology: The methods used in this research is descriptive and content analysis. This research is descriptive- analytical. Statistical population include websites federations sport for all, football, volleyball, basketball, badminton and handball and wrestling. Data attaining scales include Silberg checklist, S.M.R.T and Action For Health, which were adapted and some proper items were added to websites; that their validity was proved by Delphi Method. Results were analyzed by descriptive statistics (mean and SD) and Chi-Square Test.Result: According to the website content analysis of this federations, the studied federations included little index, and among this federations, volleyball and wrestling offered most services on it's website, after this, the others were input respectively: football, sport for all, basketball, handball and badminton.Conclusion: Results shows that all federations websites have approximately 50 percent of indices. The federations told above were used of a little services in their website, for marketing of online sports (the online sports marketing), attract user and the user's more interaction.

The aim of this study concerns describing the impact of media on public and recreational sport. The methodology of this study is descriptive and analytical with the purpose of being applied, as well. The data were collected by library research and the researcher-composed questionnaire. To determine the reliability of the questionnaire, a small part of the population was employed and Cronbach's alpha with a level of 0.05 was conducted to obtain a reliability of 0.86.The study population included staff and operational managers of Youth and Sports Ministry, experts Federation of Sport and Physical Education experts and informed faculty members. In this study, because the number of individuals with respect to the descriptive nature of the research were limited , the sample consisted of 200 subjects. The data analysis included both descriptive and inferential statistics such as Kolmogorov -Smirnov test, one-sample t-test (to compare the mean of one society) and Kruskal-Wallis test. The results of this study showed that a assigning morning exercise as one of the television and radio programs has an indispensible role in educating and promoting people culture to raise the level of physical activity. In contrast, lack of effective advertising in media and poor use of up-to-date technology for teaching public sport can have a negative effect on the development of sport and recreation.

Abstract The aim of this study is to analyze sports and physical education inLaw the fifth five-year development of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The study was descriptive and functional purpose. How to collect data in this study is a questionnaire from the document library and the fifth five-year development of the Islamic Republic of Iran (1390-1394) achieved the certificate and a questionnaire developed and validity of the content experts 69/0 reliability by Cronbach's alpha coefficient was calculated. The study population consisted of managers of sport and sport management faculty member universities a total of about 179 people, among them were identified and questionnaires were sent in person or mail the questionnaire back about 80 percent were analyzed. To analyze the data from this study of descriptive and inferential statistics were used in the statistics of Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Chi square, Friedman test and Kruskal-Wallis test was used. The results show that in general the fifth five-year development legislation to implement the four sports section includes exercise training, public, and professional championship has not been much attention.

With regard to prevalence of overweight and possible effectiveness of media advertisements on purchase of losing weight sport products, the current study survey the role of advertisements mass media such as TV, radio and journals on purchase of losing weight sport products in female physical education and non physical education students. The participants were 48 female physical education and 48 female non physical education students from the payame noor university, center of Rasht. The research method was designed based on descriptive study and data collection by using purchase of losing weight sport products questionnaire, Esfahani et al (2012) with reliability of 0.79. With regard to critical role of mass media on sport development, the current study wanted to examine the current and optimal status of role of mass media on the development of volleyball in sport sciences students. The participants were 76 physical education and sport sciences students who volunteered to participate in this study and responded to questionnaire which included 16 questions about the volleyball development. The results indicated that, the role of the media especially television in developing of volleyball in both current and optimal status were remarkable, likewise the role of television was higher than other mass media in the development of volleyball sport. Also, there were significant differences between current and optimal status of mass media in the development of volleyball sport which this note must be kept in media expertise especially in sport media expertise for using this suitable situation to improve and development of volleyball sport.

The purpose of this study was the effect of media of the structure of sports in Iran. The research method was analytical descriptive and in terms of the purpose, it is an applied study. Methods of data collection include library research, Delphi method and finally a researcher made questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was determined by professors and specialists in the field. After all the corrective actions, the necessary changes were made. Reliability questionnaire measured by Cronbach's alpha. The statistical population of the study were consisted of staff and operational managers of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, and the executive directors of National Olympic Committee and National Olympic and Para-Olympic Academy Directors, heads of federations, experts in National Olympic Committee, professionals and managers of sports associations in school sports federations, and faculty members as specialists in sports and they were informed about the research topic. In this study, the sample was determined as equivalent to the research population and by counting all. Out of 302 questionnaires were sent to the members of the research population and 238 questionnaires were filled. For data analysis, descriptive statistics and inferential tests including the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, comparison of the mean of the population (one sample t-test), Friedman's analysis of variance and Kruskal-Wallis test were applied. The results confirmed the effect of media on the sport structure of the country not to mention this effect seemed to be more on championship sport than on general and training sports.

Today, media are considered as the nerve center of the society, so they are the main and the most effective tools to transforming the information in communication possess. Means of transmitting information and knowledge in the communication process are realized. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of mass media on the financing of the exercise. The method used in this study was descriptive- analytic with an applied nature and purpose. Collection method in this study was library studies and data collected by questionnaire. Several physical education professors were employed to determine the validity of the questionnaire survey .After their comments, the questionnaires were approved. To measure the reliability, the Cronbach's alpha in a small part of the Statistical Society (18n) was used and it was 0.90. The study population consisted of athletic supporters, private sector, public sector sponsors, board sports in Central Province, administration staff, Youth and Sports of the Markazi Province and faculty members of Markazi University, respectively.Sample of 80 patients, 71 completed the questionnaire correctly and were received and analyzed. For statistical analysis, data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. Inferential statistics, Friedman test was used to rank the items. The results showed that mass media in our country played a slight role in supporting financial resources, marketing and development of sports industry, as mass media has been resided in the middle rank. Therefore, it necessary to consider mass media in order to revise financial resource support and marketing of mass media and the laws of television rights.

Abstract This study investigates the role of television in creating commitment in football television audience towards sport sponsorship. In this research, five important factors brand’s name awareness, positive image of Sponsor, interest in sponsors, purchase intent and loyalty to thecompany or sponsor’s organization, products or services were examined. For this pourpose a questionnaire designed and itsvalidity confirmed by specialists and reliability was calculated by Cronbach's alpha coefficient equal to0.80. The statistical population included all television audiences of popular football teams in the master league and 380 subjects were selected from the audience.Data were analyzed through descriptive and inferential methods such as Binominal Testto survey the effect of sport sponsorship on five mentioned factors among fans. Research results showed, Sport Sponsorship enhance brand’s name awareness, promote a positive image of sponsor, the sponsor’s interestand loyalty of audience to the company, but it doesn't effecton purchase intent of audience. Sponsors should consider that make a commitment in audience is a time consuming process and needs ongoing support that can lead to return of capital ultimately.
